Free UPS Ground Delivery for all orders over $100.
$10.00 flat rate for all other orders.
UPS 2nd Day Air available for $50.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on current DHL rates. Taxes and duties may apply.
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information for you to follow your package all the way to your doorstep
Returns
We graciously accept returns in the form of qualified refund or store credit for both in-store and online eligible purchase if you are not satisfied with an item.
In order to request a return, please viewand find the items
To qualify for in-store or online purchase refund, the item must meet all of the following criteria:
Purchased at Full Price, In New, Unused Condition (Intact Packaging and Tags) with No Signs of Damage or Wear, Include Proof of Purchase within 10 calendar davs of Receipt. Must be initiated by emailing info@loozieloo.com. We cannot accept an item if it does not meet all of the above. We will not provide a prepaid shipping label for any item sent back for a refund. Loozieloo reserves the right to refuse any return if it does not meet return requirements.
To qualify for in-store or online purchase store credit. the item must meet all of the following criteria:
Purchased at Full Price, In New, Unused Condition (Intact Packaging and Tags) with No Signs of Damage or Wear, Include Proof of Purchase within 30 calendar days of Receipt. Must be initiated by emailing info@loozieloo.com. We cannot accept an item if it does not meet all of the above. Store Credit is given as a code and does not expire. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to use to send the item back. Loozieloo reserves the right to refuse any return if it does not meet return requirements.
To make an exchange for another full price, in-stock item please email info@loozieloo.com within 10 days of receipt for further instructions. Items not eligible for exchange will receive store credit.
Monogrammed Items are Final Sale and not eligible for any type of return (including store credit) as these items are as individualized as the intended recipient. Expect a turnaround of up to 4 weeks for all Monogram Orders.
Items not eligible for returns are: socks/tights, books, and toiletry products.
All Items purchased on Sale price are Final Sale and are not eligible for Store Credit or Refund.
